Troubleshooting Guide

If you're experiencing no signal or no internet access with your eSIM, please follow these steps to troubleshoot.

Step 1: Ensure Data Roaming is ON

This is the most common issue. The eSIM MUST have Data Roaming turned on to connect to local networks.

  1. Go to Settings > Cellular
  2. Select your EchoRoam eSIM under 'SIMs'
  3. Toggle 'Data Roaming' ON

Step 2: Check APN Settings

Sometimes the network fails to configure the APN (Access Point Name) automatically. You can set it manually.

  1. Go to Settings > Cellular > your eSIM > Cellular Data Network
  2. In the 'APN' field under 'Cellular Data', enter: internet
  3. Leave username and password blank.
  4. Restart your phone.

Step 3: Manually Select Network

If your phone says 'No Service', try manually switching to a different supported carrier.

  1. Go to Settings > Cellular > your eSIM > Network Selection
  2. Toggle 'Automatic' OFF
  3. Wait for the list to load (can take a minute), then select an available network.

Still no internet?
